The minimum target for this project is set at £300,000. Any remaining amount to the £351,000 will be made up by the developer.
This is the second crowdfund project from the Developers, Magnus Developments through the platform.
The development has now exchanged and
ground works have already commenced which has been funded by the developer
Magnus Developments. The site still has the original dwelling along with a vast
dog kennel facility which will be removed.
The Planning currently allows for
refurbishment of the current 5 bedroom property and erection of two more luxury
The developers have sought council advice and have gained a pre-application response
to develop a further 3 detached properties making a total of 6 luxury houses on the site.
The site is located in the very popular and desirable
countryside area of Willaston.

Greg Pope (above) along with his Wife Abigail founded the Magnus Group back in 2015 after personally developing and amassing a property portfolio of their own. The estate agency side of the business is flourishing and is profitable with strong market presence in the northwest area of the UK.
The development arm of
the business specialises in semi commercial and commercial conversions to
residential dwellings concentrating on a higher finish for the end
user. Previous developments have included conversions of Victorian buildings
into self-contained apartments, multi-let sites along with commercial, office
and residential units. A steady growth in studio apartment sites has become to
be a strong model for the company. A natural progression for Greg and the team
has led them to securing multiple new build sites across the north west which
will add to their development portfolio.
