Developments have a contract to develop the freehold site, which is owned
by a charity. They will fund the development of the four residential units and
in return we have a contract for sale of two units (total approximately 6000
sqft Net Internal Area).Planning permission has been granted by Barnet Council
to demolish the existing buildings and construct 4 x 4 bedroom 3 storey new
homes each with basement rooms, roof terraces at the rear and two parking
spaces. The development is underway and this raise is a follow-on to a previous raise through this platform.
