THE PROJECT   

97 Pollards Hill South is currently a single detached dwelling on a large plot in the popular family area of Pollards Hill in Norbury, South London.

The site has planning consent for the development of 4 x four bedroom semi-detached family homes to the rear of the site, plus 4 apartments, with an under croft driveway to provide access to the rear properties.

The proposed timeframes for the project are a 12 month construction programme with a further six months to allow for completion of all of the sales.

ALASTAIR MORRIS - MANAGING DIRECTOR



Alastair has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. He specialises in development planning and finance, with a full understanding of the planning process and what is required to achieve a successful result.

Alastair started his career in New Homes Development with a local property developer in Surrey before moving to head up the South East Division of Gladedale which at the time was Britain’s largest private housebuilder.

In 2009 he co-founded a new start-up company called Vantage Corporation and having achieved his goals, sold the company in April 2014 before forming Quantum.

JUSTIN PITMAN - DIRECTOR



Justin has a deep understanding of business financials and a long standing passion for property and the associated design challenges. 

With currently over 16 years property development expertise, Justin has woven himself in to the fabric of the development and planning community with a focus of delivering bespoke housing solutions to new site developments. 


JAMES TURNER - LAND AND SALES DIRECTOR



James has over ten years’ experience in the property industry with vast knowledge of land acquisition and sales & marketing.

James was previously a Partner at the second largest and most profitable estate agency group in the UK. Having previously worked for the largest new homes estate agency group in South England, his knowledge and contacts are a tremendous asset to Quantum.

MARK FELSTEAD - COMMERCIAL MANAGER



Mark joined Quantum having worked previously with Alastair at Vantage Corporation he was handpicked for the role of commercial manager.

Mark has spent his career working for housebuilders and construction companies as a project surveyor or commercial manager.  Mark is responsible to help drive down costs and ensure the smooth running of all our developments.  

COLIN MILLS - CONTRACTS MANAGER



Colin is responsible for the delivery of our projects.

Colin has also worked for the likes of Bovis and Bellways and brings vast experience along with an attention for detail.  He and Mark worked together previously at Vantage and between them ensure that our projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the standard that is expected of a Quantum Home.
