This is an opportunity in one of the buildings of unique serviced accommodation business operating nearly 40 en-suite rooms across 3 individual Victorian properties  in South Wales.

The developers have selected their flagship property, the White House in Swansea, to offer you an opportunity to receive a return on your capital whilst also learning all about the serviced accommodation business from behind the scenes.

This crowdfunding raise is for a period of 18 months which will allow the developers to bridge the gap between expensive short term finance that will be used to initially purchase the building and a long-term mortgage from a high street bank.

Lloyd and Marta Smith are both experienced property investor and residential landlady with a proven track record in transforming tired, dated properties into modern family homes in record time. They have acquired a residential portfolio of 15 long-term rental houses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Powys since 2013. They  have also flipped properties as well as sourced and project managed the renovation work.

In 2017 they decided to move into the serviced accommodation sector and leased a number of properties across Swansea that they are successfully letting out on a short-term basis.

Then they felt it a natural progression, based on their experience in running properties on a serviced basis, to move into the guesthouses sector and subsequently they acquired 3 guesthouses that they run under the brand of “Bodacious!

Lloyd’s core role is identifying new opportunities, negotiating the purchase of new properties as well as project-managing the renovation works.

Marta is responsible for developing and maintaining business procedures, managing staff performance and implementing systems as well as for staff recruitment, training and management.
