Tino has a young family, is a philanthropist, and owns a company called Lifestyle-Lets & Lease Ltd. He is very experienced in the property and tourism markets, having been involved in both for more than 25 years. Tino's main focus for property is Central London and has a proven track record of successful projects.  Tino has also managed a successful raise through crowdfunding for a his Mayfair project; the project that he used to test this marketplace.  This project was concluded on time and on budget.

Tino has 15 years experience focusing on London niche rental markets such as corporate lets, tourism, medical travel and other premium lets.  He is currently managing a portfolio of more than 100 properties.
