If overall planning is not granted after re-submission, the option on the site will not be exercised and investors will lose their whole investment.

Any shortfall between the minimum and maximum investment amount will be up by the developer.

THE PROJECT

The project is to gain full planning permission to convert the existing commercial property to 16 en-suite bedrooms to serve the student market 

The site is legally secured with an Option Agreement and a full planning was submitted on 18 June 2018 (awaiting planning reference) 

The funds raised will pay for the planning application and associated expenses
