This is a development comprising of four luxury

The developers, East Eight and London Central Developments have a contract to develop the
freehold site, which is owned by a charity.
They will fund the development of the four
residential units and in return we have a contract for sale of two units (total

Planning permission has been granted by
Barnet Council to demolish the existing buildings and construct 4 x 4 bedroom 3
storey new homes each with basement rooms, roof terraces at the rear and two
The site consists of a main two storey
building with a small basement, and single storey outbuildings along its
boundary with the rear gardens of houses on Finchley Road. The buildings are in
a poor state of disrepair and have been vacant for a number of years. The last
lawful use of the site was for the purposes of a school. The surrounding area
is entirely residential in character.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPERS
Set up by Nicole Bremner in 2012, East Eight is a high-end investment management and property development company initially focused on the niche area around E8.
