The developers purchased this prominent building in Hoxton in September 2016. It was a former A1 art supply store over the ground and basement with ancillary residential space on the upper two floors.
THE PROPOSAL
Planning permission was granted to extend the basement and ground floor over the existing carpark. We have two offers for the retail space we
are advancing.
The planning application for the residential parts is due imminently. The developers are awaiting the viability report assessment from Hackney Council. Discussions with the planners indicate that the result will be positive.
